The At Home with FT and Ejiro cocktail bar experience is back! We're bringing Ejiro back At Home on Sunday Nov 23rd, for 3 seatings: 5:30pm, 7:30pm and 9:30pm.
This time we'll be infusing Madala Hibiscus Cordial into dishes and drinks. Think goat ribs glazed with a fermented scotch bonnet hibiscus sauce and a stirred gin cocktail with sumac, beets and hibiscus.
Madala's hibiscus cordial is made from ethically and sustainably women-led farms across Nigeria, and as our official product partner for the evening, they've sent us some complimentary samples of their cordial for our guests to take home!
